JELAI ANDRES – The Kapuso star and YouTube personality Jelai Andres answers questions about her relationship with Jon Gutierrez.
In the first quarter of this year, social media have been flooded of reports about Jon Gutierrez a.k.a. King Badger on wife Jelai Andres with Toni Fowler. These three involved personalities are famous, thus, along with the cheating, the controversy became a national issue. Truly, it is never easy to fathom something such as being cheated on especially when all you did in that relationship is to pour out love unconditionally. Accordingly, Toni was also the reason why they broke up way back in 2016.
Now, in a collab vlog with Lloyd Cafe Cadena, the YouTuber answered some questions from netizens about relationships and her husband Jon Gutierrez whose apparent cheating on her with Toni Fowler became a sensational national issue.
In terms of reconciliation with him, she said of not shutting her door with the possibility because after all, they are still married and he is still her husband. But as of now, Jelai insisted not going through it yet as she is still on the process of healing herself.
And in speaking of forgiveness, she is the kind of person who can forgive easily. But healing comes first before forgiving for her. She reasoned out that if God can forgive people multiple times, she can as well. Thus, her belief in second, third, fourth and so on and so forth chances comes in.
This one question then from a fan popped out. She was asked if she still loves Jon and here’s her response to it as she turned emotional: “Sinungaling ako kung sasabihin kong wala akong pagmamahal sa puso ko… Humihiwalay sila sa tao para matuto sila. Pagmamahal yun eh. Iiwanan kita para matuto ka, para malaman mo kung ano yung tama at mali para sa susunod kahit hindi na ako yung kasama mo, tama yung landas na tatahakin mo.”
