HAMSTER WHEEL IN THE SKY – A new attraction near Cagasawa Ruins in Daraga, Albay gets you an amazing view of Mt. Mayon.
Though not open to the public yet, this new attraction is already getting massive traction in social media for travelers who want to go to Albay. It’s called the Hamster Wheel In The Sky.
You might be wondering, “What is that?”, well, it’s exactly what it sounds like, a Hamster Wheel In The Sky. And guess what? You’re the hamster!
What you get when you get into the hamster wheel is an amazing view of the beautiful landscape. Aside from that, you get an incredible background, Mount Mayon.
According to Bicol Standard, this new attraction is set to open at the end of the year. The ride is an additional exhilarating experience to the growing list of activities in the province of Albay by Mayon SkyDrive ATV Adventure.
The Mayon SkyDrive ATV Adventure is one of the Department of Tourism’s Accredited Tourism Establishments in the region. It is also one of the most popular and in-demand service providers.
Other famous spots in Albay include the Cagsawa Ruins. The Cagsawa Park is a memorial to the townspeople of Cagsawa it is also one place where the Mayon Volcano appears to be a perfect cone.
Another is the Ligñon Hill Nature Park. Guests can choose from several adventures and extreme sports activities. These include a zipline ride, rappelling, biking on gullies at the foot of Mt. Mayon, ATV rides, trail climb, and tunnel exploration.
If you want someplace cooler, you could opt for Vera falls. The cascades of water located at the bottom of a ravine in Barangay Bulang drop 25 meters into a crystal clear blue lagoon.
