Popular Online Shopping Site Allegedly Sends Stones To Client

A disappointed netizen allegedly received stones from a popular online shopping site instead of battery and camera flash.

Nowadays, online shopping websites are very popular not only in the Philippines but also in different countries all around the world. Many people are placing their orders online because it was a lot easier compared to traditional shopping.

Lazada and Shopee have been the largest online shopping websites in the Philippines giving a quality service to the Filipino people through cash on delivery basis. These online shopping sites also allow third-party sellers to sell products to the clients.

However, there are some clients who were complaining of receiving wrong items from the online shopping platform.

Recently, a disappointed netizen identified as Jay-Anne Kristi Mauricio Pame expressed her dismay after allegedly receiving stones from Lazada instead of battery and camera flash. She also reported her complaint to Lazada.

Hindi ako usually nagpopost nang ganito sa social media since I value my privacy so much kaya lang itong post na ito ay magsisilbing aral para sa amin at sa mga taong mahilig magonline shop. Since I became a work at home mom, hindi na ako nakakaalis nang bahay dahil sa clingy na boss sa onlinejob tapos magalaga pa nang anak so wala na akong time pumunta nang mall. (FYI, sa iligan na ako nakatira so ang mall medyo malayo) and nagpapasalamat ako Lazada and Shopee kasi abot kamay mo na lang ang mga kailangan mo. So I’ve been a Lazada user since ages, kapag may kailangan kami na hindi naman rush, dun ko na lang bibilhin. Thank you sa COD. KAWAY KAWAY ANG KUMAKAPIT SA ONLINE SHOP.

Last week, merong dumating na package worth 1800 hindi naman ako nagorder but I am expecting a package from Lazada kasi inutusan ako ni Marc na iorder yung flash nang camera nya so tinawagan nya ko sage nya nagorder din daw sya nang battery. Nalungkot pa nga sya kasi sabay dumating so mapapamahal sya nang babayaran. Pero dahil nahiya sya na icancel, sige na lang. Kinausap ko ung nagdeliver nang package na kung pwede ideliver na lang sa office ni marc at sya na lang mgbabayad. The delivery man (wag ko na lang banggitin kung anong company) willingly said yes kahit malayo sakanya ung office ni marc kasi kilala na nya ako. So he went to marc, nabusy ako sa trabaho ko so hindi na ako nakapagfollowup. Around maybe quarter to 5, nagmesge si marc sakin “tawagan mo nga yung nagdeliver” bato ung laman nang package (see attached picture), ito yung 1800 na battery.

Tinawagan ko ung nagdeliver, sinabe ko ung laman nang package. Kinausap ko na balikan ung husband ko at ibalik ung pera kasi ung laman nang package ay bato. Sabe nang delivery man, maam hindi ko na po maibalik ang pera kasi napadala ko na po sa palawan.

Tinawagan ko ung husband ko, nagtanong ako bakit ngayon lang nya nacheck. Nabusy daw sya kaya hindi na nya naharap buksan ung package tapos sya, tiwalang tiwala sya kahit hindi naman nya maiisip na mangyayari sakanya ung nababasa natin sa social media na sabon o bato ung dumadating. .

Nagmesge ako sa twitter nang lazada, mabilis naman silang sumagot. Tinuruan ako kung ano ung dapat kong gawin. Magfile nang return para ibalik ung package at makuha ung perang binayad. Ang sagot ko sakanila, paano nila iapprove yung return kung scam sila. So yun nga, hindi innaprove nung seller ung request ko for return tapos may chat si seller sakin na (see attached picture) claiming and alleging na courier ang may gawa.

So ang ginawa ko na lang eh magdispute para makuha ung pera namin kahit sabihin pa nang iba na 1800 lang yun.

Ano ang purpose nang post na ito:

1. May fault din kami kasi hindi namin nacheck agad yung package pagkadeliver, un ang dapat nating gawin kahit pa magkano yan kahit pa 100 pesos lang yan o 1000. Ugaliin nating buksan at icheck agad ang package pagkadeliver satin.

2. Kung pwede namang mabili sa mall ung dapat nating bilhin, dun na lang at least nakikita mo in actual ung kailangan mo.

3. Lagi tayong maging maingat dahil madami na talaga ngayong scammer.

Sabe nang lazada, iimbesitagan nila both and seller at courier, sabe ko sila ang bahala ang importante lang sakin ibalik ung perang pinaghirapan natin.
