Netizen Claims She Receives A Rock Instead Of Smartphone From A Popular Online Shopping Site

A popular online shopping site allegedly sends a rock to one of its client instead of a smartphone and got disappointed to what happened.

Nowadays, many people love to shop and order mobile gadgets, appliances, and other things in different online shopping site because it was easy and affordable compared to traditional shopping in crowded malls.

One of the most popular online shopping websites in the Philippines is “Lazada,” which mainly operates in Southeast Asia. This online selling site allows third-party retailers to sell their products through the shopping website.

Recently, a social media user complained that she received a rock instead of a smartphone upon ordering an OPPO A37, which was delivered to her house. The netizen was very disappointed to what she has witnessed.

The customer narrated that she was very excited upon opening the packaging of the box, but she noticed that the box was too heavy for a mobile phone and even kidded that it might contain a rock.

The netizen was shocked when she opened the box, which held no phone, but only a lone solid piece of rock and a manual. The client was frustrated for she paid an amount of almost P7, 000 for the smartphone.

The popular Filipina singer Yeng Constantino had also a similar experience with the shopping site when she ordered for a nude pink carpet wide enough for their living room, but got disappointed when a baby pink-colored carpet, which is much smaller compared to the product displayed on the site.

Unfortunately, the account of the social media user claiming who claims to receive a rock instead of a mobile phone from Lazada is longer available.
