PAGASA – Cloudy Skies, Rains In Metro Manila, Philippines (October 10)

PAGASA – Weather bureau PAGASA recently said that cloudy skies and rain will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

The bureau said on its morning forecast that the northeasterly surface windflow will prevail over Luzon on October 10 (Thursday).

According to GMA News, cloudy skies with scattered rainfall and thunderstorm due to the northeasterl surface windflow will prevail over Bicol Region.

As for Metro Manila and the rest of the country, it will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies due to localized thunderstorms.

The bureau further warned the public that flash floods or landslides will occur during severe thunderstorms.

As per the report, the forecast for wind speed for north and east parts of Luzon will be moderate to strong and move in the northeast. Its coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

As for Visayas and Mindanao, wind speed will be light to moderate and moves northeast to northwest. Its coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

As for the temperature, Manila and Davao will have a maximum 32 degrees Celsius, 29 degrees Celsius in Cebu, 28 degrees Celsius and Tagaytay, and 22 degrees Celsius in Baguio City.
