A disappointed motorist expressed his dismay towards a traffic cop who charged him an additional offense after asking his violation.

Recently, the Facebook page “Kamote PH” has shared the video footage of a traffic cop who charges addition offense to a motorist who allegedly committed a traffic violation in Mandaluyong.
In the video, it can be seen that the motorist kindly presented his license to the traffic cop and asked him regarding his violation. The traffic personnel charged him with an additional violation after allegedly asking questions
