The Thuraya One was officially announced in January 2025. The 5G-ready smartphone is fueled with a Li-Po 3500 mAh battery + 18W wired charging. It was launched in a single color, Black.
Body & Display:
The dimension of the phone is 167 x 76.5 x 11.6 mm and weighs 230 grams. It comes with a screen size of 6.67 inches an AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio.
Platform:
The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm QCM4490 (4 nm) Octa-core processor coupled with an Adreno 613 graphics processing unit (GPU). It runs on Android 14 operating system. It is packed with 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
Main Camera:
The rear camera of the Thuraya One consists of a 50-megapixel (wide) + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (macro). It features an LED flash, HDR, and Panorama.
Selfie Camera:
On the front, the mobile features a 16-megapixel (wide) camera for clicking beautiful selfies and making video calls.
Connectivity options on the device include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6, dual-band, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 5.2, A2DP, LE, GPS, GALILEO, GLONASS, BDS, and USB Type-C 3.1. Its sensors include fingerprint (side-mounted), accelerometer, proximity, compass, and gyro.
