Handless Artist Uses Arms to Paint Amazing Arts
A handless artist identified Dhaval Khatri uses his arms to create amazing arts after losing his hands to an accident.
Dhaval Khatri grew up like any normal child with complete body parts with a natural artistic skills. When he was 14 years old he was involved in an accident at Uttarayan, India during the International Kite Festival.
The artist touched a live wire while flying a kite from the terrace above of his relative’s house and suddenly fell to the ground. Luckily, a doctor who happened to be passing in the area helped the brilliant young kid.
The doctor performed CPR and rushed to the hospital for immediate treatment and medication. The young boy was able to survive but lost his both due to the electrocution but his parents helped him to do everything despite being handless.
“I was happy that I had received a new lease of life – something that a few lucky ones gain. In fact I was looking forward to make the best out of what I had been left with. Soon I was trained to do everything without hands,” Dhaval said.
Khatri learned how to sketch and paint using his arms but all universities refused to accept him as a student, so he decided to train himself alone.
Eventually, the handless artist succeed to create amazing arts using his arms only.
