People can now hear their favorite book and not just reading them. For many, this can be quite a convenience as technology is now providing ways to make things easier. Even without carrying books what can actually listen through audiobooks and these can be downloaded to smartphones, tablets, or computers.

AUDIBLE
This service is from Amazon. Not all the books are free but it provides free audiobooks. For those who have a subscription, which has a payment, they will get two Audible original stories every month. However, there are also available free books for non-subscribers.

SPOTIFY
Just like Audible, this is also not strictly free but you can try the free option on this site. Aside from audiobook, this site also offers music, podcast, and others.

DIGITAL BOOK
This site is formerly known as Librophile. If there is Netflix for TV, this site serves as the sleekest platform for books that you can listen to. It also has a free membership that will allow you to build a personal bookshelf to read later. With this, you don’t have to go searching for books that you’ve already encountered.

OVERDRIVE
All you need to have is a library card when you want to access the free books on OverDrive. It is because this site is partners with local libraries around the United States and some in other countries. Just input your library card number when you log in and you will have access to your local libraries’ entire audiobook catalog.

INTERNET ARCHIVE
This site provides book lovers of thousands of free audiobooks and audio poetry. The portal of Internet Archive will play your favorite from audiobook providers archives. It doesn’t have its own catalog.

This site provides books that are not in the public domain as well as the books that are not normally for free. Scribl also helps to publish their own audiobook which can be monetized also.
