Kapamilya actress Julia Barretto appeared to be contradicting the statement of her father Dennis Padilla regarding the “panliligaw” of her Between Maybes co-star Gerald Anderson.
Julia and Gerald are accused of cheating against Bea Alonzo, the ex-girlfriend of the actor who said that there was no breakup that happened between them. However, Gerald explained that before he stopped talking to Bea, their relationship was already experiencing problem.
Amid the issue, Gerald seemed to be hinting that he is already courting Julia. This is the same story that is going on when reports surfaced that the actor talked to Dennis Padilla, the father of the actress. The veteran comedian even shared that he reminded Gerald that Julia is his daughter and that he does not want her to get hurt.
However, a recent statement from Julia Barretto appeared to be contradicting the rumored “panliligaw”. She disproved the allegations that her Between Maybes co-star is pursuing her.

A basher reportedly commented that the young actress should have a coach in order for her statement to be consistent. Fermin said that Julia could have just remained silent rather than stating things that will just spark comments that she does not know what she is saying.
