Comedian-host singer Vice Ganda did this particular thing as his way to show support to Bea Alonzo amid the Gerald Anderson-Julia Barretto issue.
Vice is the additional celebrity added to the list of Bea’s supporters. Previously, celebrities like Angel Locsin, Loisa Andalio, Angelica Panganiban, and Paulo Avelino showed their support to her. Even the aunts of Julia, Gretchen and Claudine Barretto took the side of Bea.
Julia and Gerald received criticisms on social media because of their alleged relationship. The actor, allegedly told Julia’s father Dennis Padilla that he and Bea already broke up. However, the statement of Bea contradicted his claim.
Because of that, the rumored couple was under fire once again. Until now, they chose to remain silent about the allegations against them. They are just speaking through vague social media posts. Julia deleted one of her recent posts about making choices which received negative comments from fans. Meanwhile, Gerald replied to a quote about “two sides of the story” as he said, “walang mas totoo pa dito”.
Now, Vice Ganda is added to the list of celebrities who showed support to Bea Alonzo. On the July 31 episode of Kapamilya noontime show It’s Showtime, the comedian-host shared that he had a movie marathon the other night, July 30. All the movies he watched on Netflix featured the actress which he said “nag-Bea marathon”.
In addition, Vice also said to Bea, “mahal ko siya” and this drew conclusions from people that he is showing his support to the actress. Based on the article from PEP, this could be the way of the unkabogable star to show support without being tagged as “nakikisawsaw“.
