Male Customer Arrested After Licking Ice Cream & Returned It To The Freezer
A 36-year-old male customer licked a tub of Blue Bell ice cream and returned it to the freezer of a supermarket in Louisiana.
A Twitter user named Mrs. Franklin shared the video footage of a male customer licking a tub of ice and even placed his finger inside of it then returned it to the fridge.
The Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office confirmed that the male shopper was taken into custody.
The culprit identified as Lenise Martin III allegedly returned to show a receipt to the clerk proving his purchase of the contaminated ice cream, according to the investigators.
The store management charged Martin with tampering and notoriety of property for posting his criminal activity.
“He puts it on Facebook to gain this notoriety and at the end of the day, it gives other people ideas that are not the best interest of public health,” commander Lonny Cavalier.
Martin probably copied a teenager’s viral video in Walmart, Texas who gargled a mouthwash and spit it back into the container.
