It is composed of wastes such as urea, urates, ammonia, excess vitamins such as B and C, mineral, creatinine, fats, carbohydrates, and among others that affects the consistency, odor, and color which all indicates something about our health condition. According to Dr. Willie Ong, the normal count of urination in 24 hours should be at 7 but going to the bathroom for 4 to 10 times is still good.
