Recently, there has been several reports of earthquakes occurring at Southern California. Two intense earthquakes shook the area and left numerous damages.

In another report, the baseball players Los Angeles seemed unfazed by the quake and played through a 7.1 magnitude tremor.

Other than that, many residents were also interrupted by the earthquake as they were going about their day.

Meanwhile, a YouTuber – who shares makeup tutorials as her contents, was ‘shook’ during one of her videos.

Ali J shared a clip of her doing a tutorial on how to apply red lipstick. The video went on as normal, she was talking about the red lipstick and the kind of look she was trying to get to with the product.

However, when she started applying it, right when she was almost done, the room can be seen shaking, ruining her makeup.

She had the lipstick on her lips and as the quake started she unintentionally ran it across her face.

Her video then went viral all over social media.

Netizens in the YouTube comments also shared their thoughts about the video’s authenticity. Many thought it was real and many had speculations that the video might be faked.

Some of the comments pointed out some inconsistencies in the uploader’s contents and some mentioned about the duration of the earthquake.

One comment pointed out:

“She’s in Los Angeles which is 150 miles away, many of the people I know in LA didn’t even feel it at all, and the ones who did only felt it slightly. There is literally no way this is real.” – Jules Miller on YouTube

There was also one where the room where the clip was recorded was suspected to be an earthquake simulator.

One comment on her video mentioned that

“The quake lasted about 40 seconds in LA. The quake in this clip lasted at most 5 seconds. The bedroom is also long and narrow, which leads me to believe that this is one of those simulator rooms to educate about earthquake safety.” – 3Axel1996 on Youtube

This is according to an article from Dexerto.

The uploader Ali J, did not respond to the comments. There is no confirmation from original source whether the video is legit or not.

That is all there is to it, at least for now. We’ll post updates as soon as we got them.
