Although Anabelle Rama was there where the ball was held, she said that she did not attend the event, unlike her daughter Ruffa and son Richard Gutierrez.

It is because Ruffa was wearing the expensive pieces of jewelry of her mother during the event.
Based on the report, Anabelle was there to get the pieces of jewelry that her daughter did not use because she was worried that Ruffa will lose them.
