Free Train Rides on Independence Day (June 12) Offered by LRT & MRT
The Light Rail Transit Lines 1 and 2 and Metro Rail Transit 3 are going to offer free train rides to the commuters on the upcoming Independence Day (June 12).
Train is one of the most popular transportation vehicles not only in the Philippines but also in different countries across the globe.
Several commuters prefer to take a train to avoid traffic congestions along the busy streets filled with a massive amount of vehicles.
Passengers usually pay the corresponding fee required by the bus stations so having a free ride even just for a day is a blessing.
Good news, Filipino commuters could avail a free ride in LRT 1 & 2 and MRT-3 on June 12, 2019 (Wednesday).
These train stations would give free trips to the passengers in celebration of the Independence Day.
The three (3) train line would give free trips starting 7:00 am until 9:00 am and 5:00 pm up to 7:00 pm.
The upcoming Independence Day will be the 121st anniversary of the Proclamation of the Philippine Independence.
