Viral Videos of Bikoy called “The Real Narcolist” have surfaced the internet recently. After it has reached the authorities, the hooded narrator eventually surrendered and revealed his identity.

He let out very controversial allegations including one where he tags Trillanes as the mastermind behind the Real Narcolist viral video series.

To cater the issue, the Philippine National Police have said that they will continue to investigate Bikoy’s allegations despite the fact that he did not provide any kind of evidences to support his insinuations.

Alyas Bikoy’s revealed allegations about the Project Sodoma – a plan allegedly initiated and plotted by Senator Antonio Trillanes IV and other oppositions to oust President Duterte and make way for Vice President Robredo to be in position – can be investigated by the PNP. This was confirmed by Gen. Oscar Albayalde, the current PNP Chief.

Alyas Bikoy never left any evidence for his allegations after he left Camp Crame in Quezon City, last Saturday. He was permitted to leave the PNP headquarters after posting bail for several charges of estafa.

According to Albayalde, Alyas Bikoy’s revealed information can be considered as raw information and can be investigated with a proper process.

The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) of the Philippine National Police (PNP) also has founded a special team to investigate Alyas Bikoy’s claims.

Albayalbe also said that Alyas Bikoy could still return with his allegations in a formal sworn affidavit. Saying that Alyas Bikoy’s relatives are also keeping contact with the CIDG Investigatory team and they’re also willing to help.

Albayalde apparently kept his hopes as he released a statement at a press briefing:

“We believe that he will be going back and prepare for his extrajudicial confession. Hindi naman tapos yan [it’s not done yet.]”

This is according to an article from PhilStar.

It was also revealed that Bikoy can not provide a sworn statement because he does not have a lawyer’s approval.

However, if Alyas Bikoy failed to appear before their office, then it will affirm their previous assessment of his personality.

That is all there is to it, at least for now. We’ll post updates as soon as we got them.
