Video of Rude Citizen Who Beats Old Man Using Steel Pipe goes Viral
A rude citizen beating an old man using a steel pipe in front of a barangay hall at Silang Cavite was caught on camera and now making rounds online.
CCTV is usually used to capture various types of crimes and other illegal activities that also lead to the arrest of responsible suspects.
Surveillance cameras are usually installed in government buildings and private establishments aiming to prevent crime.
Recently, the Facebook page “Manila Daily News” has shared the video footage of a rude citizen beating an old man using a steel pipe.
In the video, it can be seen that the raging citizen suddenly struck the old man with a steel pipe while stepping into the barangay hall.
The old man decided to walk away from the barangay due to the incident but the rude citizen chased and beats him again with the steel pipe.
The poor old man suffered from walking difficulty due to the incident happened in front of Barangay Hall at Balite in Silang Cavite but the government personnel did nothing about the incident.
