LTO CONTACT NUMBER – Here is the list of the telephone numbers of the divisions of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) Central Office.
One of the busiest government agencies in the Philippines is the Land Transportation Office. More commonly called as LTO, the said public agency is in charge of the issuance of LTO driver’s license and LTO student permits.
It is also in the same office that drivers are ought to renew their license everytime it reaches its expiry date. Aside from issuing license and permits to drive, the agency is also in charge of vehicle registration.
Drivers and owners of vehicles in the Philippines must have their motorcycles or cars registered to LTO. If not, there may be corresponding penalties most especially if unfortunate and unwanted incidents happen.
The Land Transportation Office has a lot of branches nationwide. Its main or central office is located in East Avenue, Quezon City. There are different divisions under the central office.

Good day po ask ko lng po bkit po iba ang unang letter ng plate number dun sa hawak ng cr ng banko na nag finance sa sasakyan pero nung nag renew ng registration at naibigay na ung plate number iba na ang first letter digit ng plate number fod example ang nasa cr na hawak ng bank is AAA 12345 tas nung naibigay na ng lto ang plate number na actual ay nabago na ung unang letter for example BAA 12345 un na din nakalagay sa bagong o.r. may issue po ba un??? A fact to know sir/madam with regards to the safety of transportations user to be on/in self upon manipulating a vehicle as in motorcycle wearing a safety gear called Helmet , as a querry for in our Municipality is it in your Office given a will of decision to be considered wearing a said safety gear in which is quality is sub-standard does it is in with the reason so called safety?
