Pedicab Driver To Finish Bachelor of Education Major in English Despite Old Age
A certain pedicab driver was set to graduate in college taking Bachelor of Education major in English despite his old age.
Education is one of the most important things that each individual could acquire, which is also a key to success and a better life.
Most companies were also looking at the applicants’ educational attainment and academic knowledge before hiring them.
Academic skills are also important in order to properly perform the task needed in a certain job given by the companies.
Recently, the Facebook page “MAPEH major be like” has shared the story of Generito U. Yosores, a pedicab driver who would graduate on April 2, 2019 (Tuesday).
Tatay Generito would finish his studies at the Western Mindanao State University along with other graduates.
The old man had to drive his pedicab during day time and study at night to finish his studies despite his old age.
The pedicab driver will finally finish his Bachelor of Education major in English that might serve as an inspiration to the younger generations.

“Congratulations kay tatay gagraduate na po sya ngayong April 2, 2019. I remembered tatay was just 3rd year college when we graduated at Wmsu molave at ngayon sya na ang gagraduate . Nakaka inspire makita na pinursue talaga nya ang pag aaral , Sa umaga nagda-drive sya ng tricycle (Sikad) at sa gabi sya pumapasok. Thanks to his classmates and other students who helped him through his Journey most especially the Wmsu esu molave admin 😇
Sana po ay ang mga kabataan dyan ay tularan natin si tatay. Hindi sukatan ang edad upang tayoy hindi makapagtapos lalong lalo na ang pagiging mahirap natin ay hindi hadlang para sa tagumpay 😇
