Undeniably, one of the best food that we can turn to most especially during the sunny season is the ice cream. It is an all-time favorite of most kids and also a favorite of many adults.
This cooler can help save us from the heat we’re feeling and also an excellent food to combat stress. A lot of people like eating it whenever they are having a heavy feeling and wants to calm themselves.
Aside from the ice cream sold at the stores, you can actually make your own. Do you also love the vanilla-flavor one?

What to Prepare:
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 1/4 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
What to Do:
Step 1 – Based on the recipe, add sugar, cream, and milk into a saucepan over low heat. Stir it until the sugar has dissolved. Continue heating it until you can see a small ring of foam around the edge.
Step 2 – Pour the mixture to a large measuring cup or container. Add vanilla extract and stir it.
Step 3 – Chill the mixture for at least two(2) hours. Based on the recipe, it is best to put it in the chiller overnight.
Step 4 – Add the mixture to the ice cream maker, turn the machine on, and then churn based on the direction. It can be between 20-25 minutes.
Step 5 – Place a plastic wrap right away as soon as the ice cream is softly frozen. Put it inside the freezer for two(2) to three(3) hours.
Enjoy your cool snack with your loved ones. It is also a perfect dessert for lunch or for dinner.
