Here’s Nicko Falcis reason for not posting bail yet following arrest warrant.
NICKO FALCIS REASON – The financial whiz Nicko Falcis finally breaks silence following issued arrest warrant as he revealed more threats received from Kris Aquino.
Previously, an arrest warrant was issued against Nicko Falcis after the Taguig City fiscal dismissed the qualified theft complaint filed by Kris Aquino against him but found probable cause to charge him in court with Estafa and Credit Card Fraud. This involves an amount of Php 62,784.32 from allegedly unauthorized credit card transactions.
However, the press statement for Kris Aquino has stated after the warrant of arrest has been released, Falcis remained to be at large and his family was accordingly not informed of his whereabouts.
And now, after some time of his silence after he was charged of Estafa through Misappropriation and Conversion, his legal camp finally released their statement indicating that their client was “wrongly accused” considering that Estafa was not even filed against Falcis.
Also, they have added that they were not able to post bail immediately because they have received information that he will be killed in prison and “two unsavory and unsettling looking men” in front of their home whom they later found out were not government officials but initially pretended to be one.
He further added in another post, “The threats are real and she is dangerous. We are nothing against a Kris Aquino (as you said, “kung makalusot pa kay Kris”), but my family and I know our rights as Filipinos. We continue to stand up and fight this oppression, as it pains me to see how cruel people can get away with this.”
