Are they open in accepting transwoman candidates?

In a report from PEP, talent manager and mentor of famous beauty queens Rodgil Flores said that he had not met any transwoman applicant for screening but there are those who complained about meeting gays in screening who were mistaken to be real women because they are just so gorgeous. Also, it was a general awareness that they are not yet legalized in the country.

“Siyempre, sa passport niya, lalaki pa rin yan… Hindi naman ginagawa sa atin na pinapalitan ang documents, like passport, kung naging babae ka na,” says Flores.

Also, there are a lot of gorgeous applicants for this year vying to bag a crown and a prestigious title. Aspirants and future candidates are surely pressured to have a back-to-back win.
