It’s Showtime: Kim Chiu says sorry for using inappropriate word

Chinita Princess Kim Chiu apologized for saying an inappropriate word during the recent live episode of Kapamilya noontime show It’s Showtime.

Kim is the show’s guest co-host and during the March 6 episode, she and Vhong Navarro with Ryan Bang interviewed a Tawag Ng Tanghalan contestant.

That was the time when she used the inappropriate word. During the interview, the contestant revealed that his favorite actor is John Lloyd Cruz.

Then, the hosts decided to relive one of the most popular movies of the A-list actor titles One More Chance.

The scene that they did was when the character of Maja Salvador got jealous because of JLC and Bea Alonzo‘s character.

Kim Chiu portrayed the role of Bea, Vhong was Lloydie while Ryan played as Maja’s character in the movie.

Vhong asked Ryan if what it the expression of someone who is jealous. The Koren puckered up his face and clenched his fists, based on PEP’s article.

“Bakit parang natatae ka? Parang masakit ang tiyan mo! Huwag naman natatae…hindi naman natatae si Maja,” Kim Chiu said.

After saying and repeating the word “natatae”, the actress suddenly realized that she was not supposed to say that on air.

“Ay sorry. Mali po ang salita ko. Hindi ko pa na-compose yung feelings ko. Hala, sorrytalaga, Direk Bobet [Vidanes]. Hala, last day ko na talaga ‘to,” she said while laughing.

Then Vhong said, “Pasintabi po sa lahat ng kumakain.”

“Pasintabi na po sa lahat ng mga nanonood diyan. Wala po ‘yon, guni-guni niyo lang,” the Chinita Princess added.

Because of this, Mariel Padilla said to Amy Perez that she has to release a public apology a day after that.
