Here’s the statement of Karla Estrada regarding the rumored KathNiel breakup
Kapamilya actress-host Karla Estrada has broken her silence regarding the rumors saying that KathNiel (Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla) broke up.
The issue started when Daniel unfollowed Kath on Instagram. According to the actress, it was just accidental.
However, fans did not easily believe in what she explained. After this, speculations about their breakup even fired up when Kath attended an event wearing an outfit with a plunging neckline. Some connected this to the topless photo of Daniel which he posted on his IG account.
Kath’s mom, Min Bernardo, also spoke about this issue. When a fan asked her about the alleged breakup, she said that there is no truth to that.
And now, Karla Estrada, Daniel Padilla‘s mother finally spoke about the issue.
Based on the article published on the site of Pang-Masa, the actress-host said, “No. For the record, walang ganyan. Hayaan na natin ‘yung mga nag-iisip ng ganyan.”
She also shared that they laugh about the “unfollow issue”.
“Kami, tawanan lang kami. Hindi masyadong big deal ‘yang mga bagay na ‘yan. Hindi naman daw niya sinasadya, di ba, she was saying? But of course, huwag na tayong manghimasok do’n, hayaan na natin sila sa mga ganun-ganun nila, di ba?” she said.
For Karla, it is a good thing that Kath explained what happened.
“These things really happen sa mga magkakarelasyon and maganda naman do’n, na-explain naman ni Kathryn na of course, it wasn’t Daniel ang nag-unfollow or. . .di ba, parang ganu’n?” the Queen mother added.

“Well, ‘yung mga proposals na ‘yun nun’g nandu’n sila sa Japan, hindi sila ‘yun. So, nag-assume lang tayo, no? ‘Yung mga nakapanood. And actually, hindi naman talaga big deal ‘yun. May mga bagay na seryoso na mangyayari sa anak ko pagdating ng panahon and ako ang unang makakaalam nu’n,” she explained.
