How to get there?
From Manila, take the North Luzon Toll way and pass through the Tarlac City, San Fernando City, La Union, Vigan, Batac, and San Nicolas. Enter Laoag City and take the main road. Upon reaching the airport road, make a left turn and continue driving until you get to Northwestern University at your right. On the road in front of the university, turn left and then turn right towards Fort Ilocandia Resort.
