Thousands of Skilled, Unskilled Filipino Workers Needed in Poland

POLAND – PASEI president said thousand of skilled and unskilled Filipino workers needed in Poland.

Some Filipinos desire to have an opportunity to work abroad. Aside, from earning better salaries, they could get to visit some beautiful place of another country.

Overseas workers got to experience different kinds of weather like the snowy and the dry weather.

Whenever there’s a job fair for abroad, job-seekers will flock on the area hoping for a chance to work outside the county.

Most countries the Filipino worker fetishes include United States, Canada, Paris, or in Asia like Korea and Japan.

Based on a report from GMA, the Philippine Association of Service Exporters (PASEI) announced that Poland opened its doors to the Filipino job-seekers.

The jobs that were available in their country includes heavy-duty truck driving, fish and meat processing, and information technology.

According to the report, PASEI president Elsa Villa stated that Poland employers do not necessarily require experienced employees. The owners of the firm will be the one who will provide for their training.

Hindi nga kailangan na kayo ay highly skilled. They need a lot of people, unskilled, that they will assign to manufacturing companies,” said Villa.

Aside from the job, the workers will have the chance to bring their family for residency after working for the company for a few years.

Workers who have worked straight five years with one employer will be entitled to apply for residency. So ‘pag sa residency, puwede mong madala ang pamilya mo doon,” she added.

The Filipino employee will be the one to finance all the expenses for bringing his/her family in Poland. The country also offers free education and hospitalization.

Based on the report, Elsa Villa also mentioned other countries that opened their doors for the Filipino workers. These countries include the Czech Republic, Croatia, and Eastern Europe.

She also warned about the illegal recruiters and said comply on their government office for safer transactions.

  3. Lagi nyo binabaLita sa TV at social media na hiring ang ganito at ganireng bansa.wala naman kayong marefer na mga legit agencies na puwede pag applayan.hmp!..
    Kya kahit gusto namin mag apply hindi kami makapagsimula of nga wala naman kayong mga specific na mga agencies na marketeroh di nga nga parin ang Pinoy.kung talagang gusto nyo magkatrabaho mga pilipino. Mabigat kayo ng mga agencies na magpoproces ng papers namin.hindi yung paasa LNG kayo.
