This is why Xian Lim and Kim Chiu revealed their relationship just recently
Kapamilya singer-actor Xian Lim explained the reason why he and Chinita Princess Kim Chiu did not reveal their real relationship status.
It can be recalled that Kim first revealed the real score between her and Xian in an episode of Tonight With Boy Abunda last November 2018.
The Kapamilya actress was if she and Xian are now a couple and this received a positive answer from her.
On the other hand, she said that they are not yet talking about settling down.
After this revelation, speculations that she just used it for her MMFF movie promotion surfaced.
Kim denied that she used her relationship with Xian Lim for her movie and she stressed out that she revealed about it because it was Boy Abunda who asked her.
For several years since their first team up, it was just last year when the actresses confirmed that they are already a couple.
In line with this, Xian revealed why they kept the real score between him and Kim for quite a while.
Based on his recent interview with PEP, the singer-actor attributed their decision to the outside factors.
He said that they had fears that an early stage of their relationship there are a lot of factors that would separate them.
Xian also admitted that when they started their relationship there were already those who were not in favor.
“Ang daming tutol sa relationship eh, ang daming sinasabi na ‘yan si Xian ganito kasi yan, gusto lang yan maki-ride, may show sila, nagpo-promote’,” he shared.
However, the actor said that at this point, he and Kim are nothing to promote together.
He added that they already went through a lot but they are still together until now.
“Kung may outside forces man, hindi na siya makakaapekto,” Xian Lim said.
