Kapamilya actor-singer Xian Lim recalled his drastic childhood experience because of the viral Ateneo bullying incident.
A video of a student in Ateneo recently went viral on social media not because of his achievements but because of being a bully to other students.
He was identified as Joaquin Montes with a black belt in Taekwondo.
Since the video circulated on different social media platforms, many condemned the act of bullying.

She said that parents should teach their children how to defend themselves.

He shared what happened to him when he was just 12 years old.
Xian said that he was beaten up for being an introvert and for having a different accent.
During that time, he said that he was just eating his lunch inside the bathroom in order to avoid the bullies.
The singer-actor realized that the biggest mistake he made that time was to keep silent.
He did not tell his parent about this and now, he encourages the victims of bullying to step up.
Because of the Ateneo bullying incident, Xian Lim also extended his hand to organizations which might need his help.
