Here’s Kris Aquino statement over Greta’s accusations.
KRIS AQUINO STATEMENT – The actress Kris Aquino finally released statement after the Instagram stunt and accusations from Gretchen Barretto.
In a previous article, La Greta finally breaks her silence about intruding and reacting to the issues of Kris Aquino versus her former managing director Nicko Falcis. In one of her intriguing post, she have accordingly simply implied that Kris is a “bully” and a “power tripper”.
“Kung sinasabi niyo na sawsawera ako, mas sawsawera siya. Hindi po ako nagsasawsaw sa suka kung hindi niya isinawsaw ang kanyang buhay sa aking buhay. Ako po ay nananahimik, matagal na,” La Greta said.
Along with this revelations are also the controversial accusations over tax issues involving Alice Eduardo allegedly helped by Kris by tapping Kim Henares to have lower payment during the presidency of Benigno Aquino III, Kris’ older brother.
With this Kris Aquino fired back in an official statement released by the Divina Law Office to where it has indicated “that their client [Kris Aquino] did not and will never aid, abet, or tolerate any tax evasion by anyone”.

First, our client did not intervene for Ms. Eduardo in any pending tax case.
Second, our client is a friend of Ms. Eduardo for seven years already, and she knows her to be a law abiding citizen. However, the personal relationship of our client with Ms. Eduardo does not extend to her business interests.
Ms. Aquino has been in the entertainment industry for the decades, and in those three decades, the Filipino people are witness to her tireless dedication, hardwork, and commitment to her craft, whether as a movie actress, game show host, talk show presenter or a trusted product endorser. Ms. Aquino prides herself with the fact that, from the time she first entered the industry, she has faithfully obeyed and adhered to the rule imposed by her mother, former President Cory Aquino: TO REPORT HER INCOME ACCURATELY AND PAY TAXES TO THE LAST CENTAVO. It is through the responsible paying of taxes that she may honor the support given to her by the Filipino people.
