Latest Weather Updates in PH Released by PAGASA (January 11, 2019)
The state weather bureau PAGASA released the newest and the latest weather updates in the country for today.
On Friday (January 11, 2019), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported the possible weather condition.
PAGASA reported that the trough of a Low Pressure Area (LPA) will affect the weather condition over the region of Mindanao.
The LPA’s trough would bring cloudy weather conditions with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorm over Central and eastern Visayas, CARAGA, northern Mindanao and Davao Region.
The northeast monsoon would also bring cloudy weather conditions with light rains over the provinces of Aurora and Quezon.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon would affect the weather over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.
The localized thunderstorms would bring cloudy conditions over the rest of Mindanao.
The weather agency also warned the public to take precautionary measures for possible flashfloods and landslides/
Meanwhile, the coastal water conditions over the eastern section of the country would be rough.
The surrounding sea conditions over the rest of Luzon and the Visayas would be moderate to rough.
Moderate to rough sea conditions are also expected for the rest of Mindanao, according to the weather bureau.
