Recent Approval of P2-B Budget for 2018 Shocks Bacolod Councilor Jocelle Batapa
BACOLOD COUNCILOR – Bacolod City Councilor Jocelle Batapa Sigue was shocked by the recent approval of the P2-billion supplemental budget for 2018.
We are now on the last days of 2018 and a new year is about to begin. However, before 2019 finally begins, something shocked one of the city councilors of Bacolod.
Recently, on her social media account, Bacolod Councilor Jocelle Batapa-Sigue aired out that she was shocked by the recent approval of the P2-billion supplemental budget for 2018.
On her Facebook post, Atty. Jocelle Batapa Sigue stated that the Sangguniang Panlungsod (SP) approved the P2.035 billion supplemental budget for 2018 on the last working day of the current year.
The Bacolod Councilor who was shocked by the recent approval of the P2-billion budget for 2018 stressed the inclusion of the P1.7 billion budget for loan and the P1.74 billion budget for infrastructure.
According to Atty. Batapa-Sigue, she feels sad for the city of Bacolod over the matter. She stressed the alleged loans of the city and the fast decision-making on the money of the people.
