Bong Revilla Set For Big Screen Comeback This 2019 With Alyas Pogi Sequel
BONG REVILLA – Veteran action star Bong Revilla is set for his big screen comeback with Alyas Pogi 2019.
Former Senator Bong Revilla just got out of detention after he was accused of plunder in pork barrel scam. He was detained for four years and six months at the Custodial Center in Camp Crame.
Following a previous article, Bong was finally released after spending several years in detention.
The Sandigan Bayan found ex-senator Bong Revilla not guilty of his alleged misuse of the pork barrel. Among the accused personality were Senator Juan Ponce Enrile, Jinggoy Estrada,
Bong revealed his plans if he got re-elected as a senator and his showbiz comeback. He’s been vocal that his dreams came true with the help of his career in the entertainment business.
Bong Revilla also said that he missed creating movies and said he’ll surely make a movie comeback once he got released from detention.
Based on a report from PEP, Bong is set to have his movie sequel
The production of Bong Revilla’s movie will be produced by their family-owned film company, Imus Productions INC.
According to the report, Bong’s latest sequel will be the fourth Alyas Pogi movie franchise. All of them were blockbusters in all cinemas nationwide. Alyas Pogi: Birador ng Nueva Ecija (1990), Alyas Pogi 2 (1992), Alyas Pogi: Ang Pagbabalik (1999).
Based on the report, the movie will be directed by Rico Gutierrez. He also shared a teaser video on his Facebook account.
