The character of Diego Loyzaga in ‘Los Bastardos’ finally bids goodbye

Kapamilya actor Diego Loyzaga finally bids goodbye to his character in the afternoon drama series Los Bastardos.

He plays the role of Joaquin, one of the sons of Ronald Valdez’s character in the series.

Avid viewers of the Kapamilya TV series have not seen him in several episodes.

The last episode he was seen was back on November 9. 

Diego’s absence in the show came after the rumors about his alleged suicide attempt.

Based on a previous report, the 23-year-old actor denied the rumors, however, his doctor contradicted his claim

No one from his camp denied or confirmed the allegations but his absence heated the fire of doubt from the viewers of the show.

Previously, it was also reported that due to what happened, he will no longer be a part of the series

There were previous speculations that his character will be killed off. It will be shown that his character will be involved in a fatal plane crash.

A previous report also stated that he is still recovering in a rehabilitation center. In line with this, reortedly,  Joseph Marco will replace him in Los Bastardos.

It was only last December 17 episode of the show that this speculation about his character became a reality.

On that said episode, Diego Loyzaga’s character went to the States and when he was about to come home, the plane crashed. 

It was also shown that Don Roman (Ronaldo Valdez) and Lucas (Albie Casino) mourn the death of Diego’s character, Joaquin. 

Future episodes of Los Bastardos will reveal the true identity and parentage of Joaquin, based on PEP’s report.
