Teacher Allegedly Hurt Student by Shoving Head Into Toilet Bowl

TEACHER – A mother accused the teacher of his son who allegedly pricked him by a pin and shoved his head into the toilet bowl.

A teacher and students relationship plays a great impact on the development of the learning of the child. It is ideal for a teacher to have a very strong bond towards his/her student.

However, it cannot be denied that some teachers have behavioral problems with their students especially when they are not pleased with the actions of the student.

On the recent video from Bitag hosted by Raffy Tulfo, a mother reported that his child was hurt by his teacher.

A teacher named Myla Guevarra from Mines Elementary School in Quezon City allegedly pricked her student with a pin and the head was shoved into the toilet bowl.

Raffy Tulfo asked Myla Guevarra through a phone call as to why she did it but denied the accusation. She said that the family of his student kept on asking her money for their vacation in Antique.

“Huwag mo akong pinaglololoko ah. Considered child ab*se ‘yan. I will not, and will not condone ‘yang ginawa mo,” said Tulfo.

The mother and the Bitag crew went to the Mines Elementary School to face Myla Guevarra. They directly went to the school’s Office of the Principal where the Guevarra and her co-teacher waited.

During their confrontation, Guevarra reasoned she did not mean to hurt the student and said she’s not aware that she was holding a pin.

“Hindi po sinasadya na, nahawakan ko lang ‘yung bata. Hindi ko alam na may hawak akong pin,” said Guevarra.

However, the mother is still mad and did not buy the Guevarra’s explanation. She’s still furious for the alleged injuries obtained by his son on his arms and back.

On the video, the Bitag team and the mother of the student reported the incident to the Deped NCR. The institution stated that they will suspend the teacher for 60 to 90 days and if she’s proven guilty, she will be removed from the service.
