This Is The Reason Behind JM De Guzman and Jessy Mendiola’s Break Up
JM DE GUZMAN – Kapamilya actor JM De Guzman finally revealed the reason behind his breakup with Jessy Mendiola.
Juan Miguel De Guzman or better known as JM De Guzman have several upcoming projects on his professional career as an actor.
Last October 31, the actor recently had a media conference with his movie Kung Paano Siya Nawala that will be premiered on the second week of November.
Based on the report from PEP, De Guzman stated that everything that is happening to his career now feels like it’s his first time.
JM De Guzman was glad that he was back in the showbiz industry after being on the rehab twice for using drugs.
The Kapamilya actor stated that he is glad that his confidence in being an actor is back without the influence of drugs.
“Mga ganitong ganap o event, I need something to hype me up or ma-boost yung confidence ko,” he said.
According to the report, JM De Guzman expressed that it’s his first time to experience being nervous in front of the crowd.
The use of the prohibited substance is known to make the person’s confidence increased but it could harm your mind and body.
De Guzman admitted that he made a mistake and he is just happy now that his career is back and he even felt better for himself.
“Di kinaya ng guilt ko… parang niloloko ko lang ang mga taong naniwala sa akin. Kinain ako ng konsensiya ko,” he said.
JM De Guzman was in a relationship with actress Jessy Mendiola when he got hooked to drugs.
Based on the report, it was rumored that he got personal problems with the Kapamilya actress and she is the reason behind his undesirable move.
The actor clarified the rumor and stressed that Jessy is not the reason why he got into that situation but it is the drugs that caused their break up.
JM admitted that during his stay on the rehab, he got to the lowest point of his life and felt hopeless on redeeming himself from the misery.
“As in, down na down na ako…Ayoko nang lumabas, ayoko nang pumalag,” he said.

While he’s on the verge of giving give up, he finds the light from God above Who provided him hope.
“Dun ko nakita yung Diyos…Ipinaramdam sa akin na nandiyan Siya, na meron pang hope,” he said.
JM De Guzman did a great decision of not giving up and losing faith from the Lord above for He always forgives and loves us all.
