Is Bela Padilla the woman on Cesar Montano video and not Kath Angeles?
CESAR MONTANO VIDEO – There were speculations that the mysterious woman behind Cesar Montano on his controversial video is Bela Padilla.

Other netizens were shocked by the mere speculation saying that the actress and the intriguing woman in the video, in any way, do not look similar.
