Jugs and Teddy’s Magpasikat 2018 Emotional Performance About Father and Son
Jugs and Teddy’s very touching performance on Magpasikat 2018 may get them their 6th winning title.
It’s Showtime is a very popular noontime show of the ABS-CBN. Currently, the show is celebrating its 9th anniversary.
The show is hosted by known celebrities in the entertainment business namely Vice Ganda, Anne Curtis, Vhong Navarro, and Amy Perez are among others.
Every time the show celebrates its anniversary, the hosts gets in a friendly competition with their fellow hosts with glamorous performances.
The first performers for the much-awaited Magpasikat 2018 were Jugs Jugueta and Teddy Corpuz.
Their presentation was an original comedy-drama skit added with voice over and live sound effects.
Based on a report from ABS-CBN, Jugs and Teddy’s performance is about a father who would do anything just to make his son happy.
The act began when the child requested a TV set to his father, who happened to be a tricycle driver. Since the father cannot afford to grant the child’s request, he thought of another option to entertain his son.
They feature an Asian drama, educational show, a game show, a newscast, a commercial break, a future version of FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano and of course It’s Showtime.
Jugs and Teddy’s teammates are Hashtag members Maru, Zeus, and Vitto and two members from GirlTrends, Joana and Mica.
According to the report, the Magpasikat 2018 judges are Shalani Soledad-Romulo, Empoy Marquez, Gus Abelgas, Rey “PJ” Abellana and the celebrity couple Ronnie and Maris Ricketts.
If Jugs and Teddy wins this Magpasikat 2018, it will be their sixth victory. They were hailed 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, and the 2015 champions.
