Jasmine Curtis-Smith is a Filipino-Aussie actress known for her Independent films.
She is the younger sister of the Kapamilya actress Anne Curtis.
And just like her sister, she also made her name in the field of acting in the Philippine entertainment industry.

As a film actress, she initially starred in the Indie film Puti, a 2012 psychological thriller and Transit, where she played Yael, an Israeli-Filipino child of an Overseas Filipino who faces deportation.
Her film transit received wide critical acclaim and she earned her critical praises from both local and international critics bagging a Best Supporting Actress award.

And lately, everyone was delighted by the reports that she had finally signed an exclusive contract with GMA network which technically makes her as an official Kapuso star.
“A leap of faith. Going back on TV with @gmanetwork. Thank you for the patience, trust, and warmth Ms. @ggslara, Ms. @ligoras and Sir Felipe L. Gozon, we were intertwined in God’s timing. Looking forward to creating a good body of work with you guys and the rest of network. Cheers,” she said in an Instagram post.

Present during her contract signing were GMA Chairman and CEO Felipe Gozon, Senior Vice President for GMA Entertainment Content Group Lilybeth Rasonable, Senior Assistant Vice President for Alternative Productions Gigi Santiago-Lara, and Jasmine’s manager Betchay Vidanes.
Jasmine even stated in a video from GMA Network’s official Instagram account, “They’ve been very patient with us, very kind and generous, so it was like a no-brainer.”
