The Angel Locsin dragging Mocha Uson by hair video, a scene from “Four Sisters and a Wedding” film has earned a reaction from the actress.
Mocha Uson is definitely dominating the internet and trending topics online after announcing her resignation as PCOO Assistant Secretary last October 3, Wednesday.
A lot of people and even famous celebrities have reacted to it. Trillanes even described her resignation as a “welcome development”.
“That is a welcome development kasi marami na tayong kababayan na nagrereklamo sa approach ni Asec Mocha sa paghahatid ng mensahe ng Duterte administration,” the Senator has said.
In a previous report, on her resignation, she has stated, “Recent events have put me in a position where I am being held responsible for Congress withholding the 2019 PCOO budget.”
Furthermore, “I do not wish to cause such burden to the office, hence I am hereby notifying you of my resignation effective 1 October 2018.”
Thus, with regards to her resignation, a certain scene of her and Angel Locsin from the film “Four Sisters and a Wedding” has surfaced and had gone viral.

Locsin has said, “Kaya pala minsan nagtataka ako bakit ako nagva-viral eh. Sabi ko, ‘Ba’t ako nagva-viral, anong nangyayari sa’kin? Tapos ‘pag tinignan ko, trending, trending, trending. Ah, ‘yun pala ‘yun!”
They are actually in good terms and during that shooting, Mocha was actually nice to her and the actress even got bothered then about the dragging.
“Nilapitan ko s’ya kung okay ba s’ya. Though, nasugatan s’ya ng slight dun. Kinakamusta ko s’ya kung papano. Wala naman s’yang reklamo nung time na ‘yun.”
Moreover, “Nakakatawa lang na kung papano ginagamit ngayon, ba’t ako nagtre-trend minsan. Nakakatawa lang. Natatawa lang ako sa nangyari.”
