The social media users have expressed their fury towards a traffic enforcer who was not wearing a helmet while using his motorcycle on the street.
Nowadays, traffic problem has been one of the major problems not only in the Philippines but also in different countries all around the world.
Traffic enforcers are employees hired to control and manage the flow of traffic along the road aiming the safety of both motorists and pedestrians.
This public personnel should also serve as an example toward others in order to enforce the law properly.
Recently, a Facebook user named Dong Carl Ventura has uploaded the photos and a video footage showing a traffic enforcer riding with his motorcycle without wearing a helmet.
In the photo, it can be seen that the traffic cop was riding his motorcycle along the city without wearing a helmet.

The video also shows that the traffic cop was also using an open pipe muffler on his motorcycle, which is also considered as a violation of traffic rules and regulations.
