Boxing Promoter Bob Arum Flew To General Santos To Meet Manny Pacquiao
The American boxing promoter Bob Arum flew to General Santos City to meet the Pinoy boxing icon Manny Pacquiao for a conversation.
On Friday morning (August 10, 2018), Top Rank chief executive Bob Arum arrived at General Santos City using a private jet.
Arum immediately went to the house of Senator Manny Pacquiao to discuss some important matters regarding the boxer’s career.
Pacquiao confirmed his meeting with Arum but did not give the details of their conversation.
“Nag-usap lang about sa plano or wala pa namang na-finalize. Wala pa, nag-uusap pa kami, nag-uusap kami,” the boxing world champion said quoted by ABS-CBN.
The boxer turned Senator said that his December fight has already a tentative schedule but no opponent yet.
Pacman’s company MP Promotion will organize the next fight of the Filipino boxing superstar.
Arum’s visit at General Santos will only last for a day before he flew back to the United States.
