Mike Koncz, Pacquiao’s ring adviser eyes a problem with fighting with Khan at Wembley Stadium in London because their tax rate is worse than America.

Koncz said that Pacquiao is in the 39 percent bracket tax rate in the United States, while the United Kingdom has 40 percent.

The 39-year-old lawmaker said that his team has yet to discuss with the venue of his next match.
