KRIS AQUINO – The media superstar Kris Aquino has finally shared her role in the Hollywood film adaptation of Kevin Kwan’s book “Crazy Rich Asians”.
Kris Aquino has snatched a role in the Hollywood film “Crazy Rich Asians” based on the book of Kevin Kwan. In a previous report, the gown she wore was accordingly created by internationally-renowned Dubai-based designer Michael Cinco.
She has already received an invitation to be at the premiere night of the film and she has confirmed that she is certainly walking the red carpet film’s premiere.

With the intrigue that her role in the film has brought to the people, she has finally disclosed it to end criticisms against her over the matter.
On Instagram, she revealed that she is Princess Intan wherein “Intan” in Malay and Indonesian means “diamond”.

Moreover, in another post in the same social media platform, Kevin Kwan himself has indicated, “She is definitely in the movie. She’s a higlight of the movie. For me, she’s a highlight.”

“I call them the superfans because they are the most westernized of the Asian cultures, having had the Spanish influence and the American influence. So they get all the American jokes, but they also understand the Asian jokes. They got both sides of the story,” Kevin said.
Meanwhile, Aquino has written on her post, “I was grateful to watch and hear all the generous words to describe me Mr. Curtis Chin used BUT to actually view [Kevin Kwan’s] answer in reference to me…what more could a girl who only dreamed of this say but- THANK YOU Kevin, for the affirmation, but more importantly for appreciating that we Filipinos are [Crazy Rich Asians super fans].”
