Ellen Adarna To Show Up On Last Hearing Of PAP Case? Legal Counsel Says Something

Ellen Adarna might possibly go through the court process for PAP case.

ELLEN ADARNA – The controversial Kapamilya actress Ellen Adarna might possibly go through the court process for PAP case.

In a previous report, the Kapamilya actress Ellen Adarna has posted some photos and videos of a female netizen who is accordingly taking also a video of her while they were in a ramen restaurant.

However, it has been found out that the netizen involved was a minor, thus, netizen’s parents stood by for their daughter and demanded the actress in an open letter to apologize within five days but the actress was not able to do so.

The netizen’s camp filed charges against the actress but Adarna was not able to present herself but had her lawyer instead. It was then speculated that her absence is probably because of her pregnancy.

“Im very disappointed w/ the turn out of today’s hearing. Ms.Ellen has been given more than 1month to answer the charges & to ask for a resetting again & for 2 more weeks pa is sobra na,” the mother of the minor said.

But the actress camp, her lawyer, based on an article, explained that she is “advised against any form of travel”.

“Parang may nabanggit dun na under normal fetal weight. Magaan yung bata masyado… Hindi pinapabiyahe ang aming kliyente,” Atty. Rebo Saguisag said.

And now that the actress has given birth already, they were expecting her to show up and the last hearing of the case will be on July 23.

The minor’s mother is expecting to have their justice be realized.

However, the lawyer of the actress revealed that they are yet not sure if Ellen could show up for the baby is still too young to be left by his mother.
