Ellen Adarna did not show up on first preliminary investigation hearing of “PAP” case.
ELLEN ADARNA – The Kapamilya actress Ellen Adarna and legal counsel did not show up during the first hearing of the cases filed against her regarding the “PAP” issue involving a minor.
Recalling, the actress Ellen Adarna has made a fuss online after sharing a video of a fellow customer in a certain ramen restaurant who according took a video of them first.
Based on a previous article, the actress has said, “Girl, you can deny all you want but before your food arrived, you knew what you guys were doing. Yeah! So, whatever. Feeling na kung feeling. But di kami takot.”
It was then found out that the netizen she slammed was a minor and was identified as Eleila Santos.
The minor clapped back to the actress in a series of posts lambasting the actress as she indicated, “So we were casually eating ramen and this happens…We didnt notice her or even knew it was her. I just wanted to story our food.”
Thus, with the controversy where a minor got involved, her mother breaks her silence and even wrote an open letter to Adarna asking for a public apology due in five days, that if she failed to do so, cases will be filed against the actress.
There was no public apology issued the reason why the Santos family filed child abuse and cybercrime cases versus the actress.
And recently, the first hearing has been held but the actress or even just a legal counsel from her party did not show up.

“The first preliminary investigation hearing already ended, no sign of Ellen Adarna and her counsel. The investigation prosecutor rescheduled another hearing and would like to give Adarna’s camp another chance to answer the case filed against her,” Kapamilya reporter MJ Felipe reported through a Twitter post.
