Saab Magalona Allows Self To Grieve for Baby Luna’s Passing

SAAB MAGALONA – Jim Bacarro and his wife Saab Magalona-Bacarro went through a lot and lost their baby daughter named Luna Isabel Magalona-Bacarro.

Saab Magalona is the daughter of the late actor-rapper Francis Magalona with his wife Pia Magalona. Among her siblings are actress Maxene Magalona and actor Elmo Magalona. She is married to Jim Bacarro and they were previously expecting a set of twins.

Based on a report, Saab and Jim were excited to meet their baby boy and baby girl but unexpected things happened. The couple lost their baby girl while their baby boy had to go through a surgery and be placed in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

When their baby boy was in the NICU, Saab Magalona was also in the ICU. She and Jim Bacarro had to remain strong for their baby boy who really fought for his life. As per a report, the couple named their baby boy Pancho Gerardo.

The couple’s baby boy is doing well and the ‘small silicone catheter’ placed on his head based on a report. It was for the purpose of relieving pressure on the brain of baby Pancho.

Recently, on her social media account, Saab Magalona posted an inspiring message containing a tip on how she dealt with what they went through.

“My body was once home to three heartbeats [heart sticker] I’ve been allowing myself to grieve Luna’s passing and to enjoy all my moments with Pancho. It’s been such a rollercoaster to say the least, but I am getting better.”

According to the daughter of Pia Magalona, one part of her ‘morning meditation’ is the app Calm which features recognizing sadness when it is there to avoid the situation wherein it intensifies due to resistance to feel it.

Saab stated that when we stop from resisting sadness, it comes and it goes and it is a reality that sometimes sadness really happens.

“Sometimes sadness happens. Allow things to be as they are in each moment.” Here, have a hug”
