Resort Owner Blocks Road In Bacolod City & Allow Only Whom He Wants To Pass
A resort owner in Bacolod City has blocked a certain road and allow only whom he wants to pass, causes tension among residents.
A Facebook user named Ryan Andrew Chickboy has shared the video footage of a resort owner who blocked a busy road in Bacolod City.
The arrogant man who owns the famous Palmas Del Mar resort placed a blockage on the road beside his property due to the loud noise of a dance party at a certain village in Villa Esperanza.
The businessman prohibits the residents and motorist to pass but allowing only those he wanted to pass in the area.
The residents can’t do anything since the businessman owns the road but they were still asking for a little consideration.
Unfortunately, the resort owner did not allow the residents and motorists to pass and even said that they could only pass if the captain of Barangay Tangub would talk to him.
Ryan finds it unfair since the businessman only allows those whom he wants.
