Inclement Weather Condition Greets Students On Opening Of Class

The state weather bureau PAGASA said that inclement weather condition greets the student on the opening of class.

On Monday (June 04, 2018), the Philippine Atmospherical, Geophysical, Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said that many students could experience rains on the first day of cl(–foul word(s) removed–).

The weather agency forecasted that several parts of the country might experience cloudy skies with rain and thunderstorms on class opening.

 

A low-pressure area spotted near the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) might bring moderate to heavy rain over the Eastern Visayan and Caraga Regions.

The LPA might become a tropical depression within 24 to 48 hours, which will be named “Domeng” the fourth weather disturbance to enter the country this year.

The weather disturbance was last spotted around 655 kilometers east of Surigao City, Surigao del Norte.

Inclement Weather Condition

Weather forecasters predicted that the chance of LPA in making a landfall in the country was small.

The intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) might also bring scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over

areas of Palawan, Bicol Region, and the rest of the Visayas and Mindanao.

Localized thunderstorms would bring isolated rain showers in Luzon and Metro Manila.

Meanwhile, PAGASA said that the moderate to strong winds would be experienced in Palawan, the Visayas, and Mindanao.

While Manila and the rest of Luzon would have light to moderate winds.
