Vice Ganda Apologizes, Writes Cryptic Tweet Amidst “Tawag Ng Tanghalan" Scoring Irregularities

VICE GANDA – The Kapamilya host Vice Ganda expresses apology following confusing and irregularities regarding the scoring during the TNT finals.

The finals of the “Tawag ng Tanghalan” in the noontime show “It’s Showtime” has come and the recent irregularities regarding the scoring of the finalists have confused a lot of people and even the hosts and judges of the program.

Thus, one of the hosts, the comedian Vice Ganda has given emphasis in this issue which speculated that there has been “pandaraya” or cheating that has been happening.

In a report from ABS-CBN, the male host has said that even them were confused about the scoring but they are sure there has been no cheating as it was not even allowed on their network.

“Nais lang po naming linawin na hindi po nabago ang bilang ng madlang pipol at hurados scores para sa mga nag-perform noong Lunes. Kaya raw po gumalaw ang kanilang final average score ay dahil dinivide ang boto ng 12 grand finalists para malaman ang final rankings nila,” Vice Ganda has said.

“Isang buong contest ‘yon. Hinati lang kasi hindi kasya sa oras natin dito sa ‘Showtime’ kaya hinati lang pero iisa lang ang score noon,” Jhong Hilario added.

Moreover, Anne Curtis and Amy Perez informed that they have a group who audits the scores and to ensure its correctness.

“Magkaunawaan po sana tayo. Pilitin nating maunawaan at kumalma. Paumanhin po sa pagkakamali namin. Ako po mismo bilang host alam ko may mga mali rin po akong nasasabi kaya paumanhin po sa inyong lahat,” says Vice Ganda as per the report.

On Twitter, the comedian even expressed, “I feel you! I personally don’t understand as well. Confusing!!! Haaaaaayyy!!!”
